President: The role of the President is to act as a democratically-elected representative of the PVRS membership, to preside over meetings, to ensure that all corporate laws pertaining to PVRS are carried out, to place into affect administrative policies as approved by the BOD, and to act as liaison between PVRS and the Council, Town of Purcellville, Loudoun County, and the State of Virginia.
Vice President: The role of the Vice-President is to assist the President, and to perform the duties of the President in his or her absence.
Treasurer: The role of the Treasurer is to keep the checkbook and other items pertaining to the office; to make bank deposits, pay bills, make other authorized transactions in the best interest of PVRS, and to keep an accurate record of the financial condition of the organization.
Secretary: The role of the Secretary is to keep accurate records of all the minutes of all meetings that may be called, to retain all correspondence on behalf of the organization, and to keep an up-to-date list of all members and any pertinent information.
